We have used DCS Stambridge before and always been very happy with their work. On this occasion it turned out to be a lot more involved than we were expecting. It was a bit of an emergency as the whole main drainage system needed to be renewed due to an underground collapse.
Harry and Dean arrived promptly as always, and proceeded to excavate the area by hand as all the main services run close by,a digger could not be used. The work was carried out with true professional diligence and care. The area of the damaged drain was isolated and removed, the new drainage system was reinstated and all rubbish cleared promptly the finished result is immaculate.
Cant praise these guys highly enough and Harry was a true trooper keeping us informed of the work progress and any issues that became apparent during the course of the works being carried out.
All in all another excellent job carried out by a professional and highly recommend company.

It can be a minefield out there when employing the services of trades. DCS were recommended to us by a neighbour and having spoken to Harry & Dean at length about what we were looking to do we felt very reassured. DCS completed works on our downstairs toilet converting it into a new utility room which included knocking down a wall, plumbing works, plastering, tiling the floor, electrics and decorating (all managed exceptionally well). An excellent standard of work was carried out by the team and we were very happy with the end result. Harry and Dean are attentive, approachable, have high standards and clearly want to make sure that you are entirely satisfied with the works carried out. Given our satisfaction, we proceeded with DCS to carry out the conversion of our old downstairs utility room into a new shower room which is currently in progress.

The team at DCS Stambridge have come to our rescue again by completing an urgent job to repair a leak in our roof and replace old and distressed flat roofing over a small front extension, which would have become a major issue if it hadn't been identified as a problem at the time. We have used DCS for many years now and have never been disappointed or concerned over the quality of work carried out. We would confidently recommend their skills and expertise to anyone considering any necessary major or even minor building works to their homes

Creative, knowledgeable and professional, nothing is 'too much trouble' for Harry. He did the tiling on my porch, as well as filling some cracks and painting the walls, and put up a gate by making a very sturdy wooden structure for it so I have the option of taking it down without damaging the railings, should I want to.He really takes pride in doing a great job, he's tidy and cleans up after himself at the end of every work day. Harry is flexible and polite, has kindly adjusted the order of what he was gonna do so that my students could still walk in and out and my routine wasn't disrupted, which was very helpful. I particularly liked how he explained everything to me to show me exactly what he was going to do, and gave me a few different options for different prices so I could make my choices without pressure. I would definitely recommend Harry to anyone, if you need any work done and worry about cowboy traders, you're in safe hands with him!

Harry did a fantastic job I'm really pleased. He was also very polite and even let me know when he was about to make noise, I guess so it didn't make me jump. I would recommend and will likely have him back to do other jobs.

Harry was extremely professional, replaced damaged flooring and replaced tiles.
I was impressed that he replaced toilet pipes all at no extra cost due to a small leak even coming in on a Sunday afternoon to fix it! The price he quoted was the price I was charged. He checks to make sure you are happy with the work at all stages.
Harry was punctual, friendly and a very tidy worker, leaving everything immaculate at the end of the day. I would highly recommend him and he will be the first contact when I need anything else done. This builder gives the trade a good name.
